- SF-1449 RFQ HSCGG8-17-Q-5ABA97 STATEMENT OF WORK 5ABA97 THE USCG REQUESTS A FIRM FIXED PRICE QUOTE FOR 30 HOTEL ROOMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK. Dates: The specific dates for lodging requirements consist of January 16, 2017 (check-in) to January 22, 2017 (check-out). Dates for any additional lodging dates must be mutually agreed upon, and negotiated between the Contracting officer and vendor. Location: In order to meet mission and contingency requirements, the location of the hotel must be outside of the VA/DC locality, and remain within 7.5 miles of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, 20 Macdill Blvd SW, Washington, DC 20032. Additionally, due to the operational requirements, the hotel site must be in close (walking) proximity to the Potomac River to allow for easy accessibility to transport CG personnel. Lodging: The vendor shall block a total of 30 double occupancy sleeping rooms that contain adequate net living and sleeping areas. Lodging rooms shall be in the same building. Rooms shall be available for check-in by 3:00pm on day of arrival, and until 1:00pm for checkout on day of departure. PAYMENT WILL BE MADE VIA GOVERNMENT PURCHASE ORDER. *FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION *FAR CLAUSES 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS IS APPLICABLE.
