- <img src="file:///C:/Temp/1/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image002.jpg" alt="GSA%20Logo%202" width="65" height="65" /> GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease space using other than full and open competition The U.S. Government intends to award a new lease using other than full and open competition for a new lease for the Transportation Security Administration in Austin, TX at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 6,777 ANSI/BOMA office area and 6 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 6,777 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 6,777 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
