- RFQP05161700009 Cover Letter Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is for various plumbing supplies (see attachment for a complete description). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-59. The award will be based on the offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. All quotes shall include price(s) FOB Destination. The contract type is FIRM FIXED PRICE. Quotes should reference RFQP05161700009. Quotes and Completed Offeror Representations and Certifications are due by 2:00PM CST on January 3, 2017. Offers can be delivered by email, Fax or USPS.
