Review Attachment 11 for the complete list of Responses and Questions (a future update will answer the remaining questions). Changes have been incorporated as indicated in the Government Responses to Questions dated 12 Dec 2016. **The OFFICIAL RFP HDTRA1-16-R-0039 is posted with the following attachments.** The objective of this requirement is to acquire advisory and assistance services (A&AS) for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in support of the Operations, Readiness, & Exercises Directorate (J3/7). The overall tasks include researching, planning, designing, developing, implementing, integrating, applying, and developing transitioning capabilities dealing with Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) to DTRA and its customers. Any and all questions concerning this RFP, including technical questions, shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO), Ms. Karen Beveridge, at dtra.belvoir.J3-7.mbx.j37aas-rfp-hdtra1-16-r-0039@mail.mil. All DTRA technical personnel have been strictly prohibited from discussing this requirement with any contractor personnel. NOTE: All questions shall be submitted no later than Close of Business (COB) on Monday, 05 December 2016. **This Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside IAW FAR 52.219-6 - Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, which is included in Section I of the RFP (now by included by full text instead of IBR).
