- Attachment Package RFQ Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Gifford Pinchot National Forest Headquarters Relocation Services Solicitation Number: AG-05K3-S-17-0009 Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Contracting Office Address: Gifford Pinchot NF: 991 McClellan Rd. Vancouver, WA 98661-3815 Description: This notice is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is AG-05K3-S-17-0009 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-aside to establish a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the requirements detailed in the RFQ document. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 484210 (Used Household and Office Goods Moving) with a business size standard of $27.5 million. Please see attached RFQ for the list of contract line items, with units of measure, clauses and provisions. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain relocation services from a qualified Contractor that shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor will be required to provide services in accordance with the attached RFQ at the following locations: 1. 987 McClellan Road, Vancouver, WA 98661-3815 2. 991 McClellan Road, Vancouver, WA 98661-3815 Quotes are to be received electronically no later than 15:00 hrs. Pacific Time on December 29th, 2017. (Your e-mail submission must be checked and determined to be "virus-free" prior to submission.) The Government requires your quote remain valid for 120 calendar days from the date of submission.
