- Attachment 6 - Asbestos Abatement Summary Report Amendment 0001 with Attachments 1-5 Synopsis The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified woman owned small business concern for the fire alarm system replacement and smoke and fire alarm door replacement at the Oneonta Job Corps Center in Oneonta, NY. The work involves the phased removal and replacement of the existing fire alarm systems with new addressable fire alarm systems in Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10. The scope also includes the replacement of certain fire and/or smoke doors in Building 1 and minor modifications to a fire sprinkler system. Period of Performance NTP to Substantial Completion: 240 calendar days NTP to Contract Completion: 270 calendar days Evaluation Factors The prime evaluation factor is as follows: 1. Prime Vendor’s Experience/Past Performance The sub evaluation factors are as follows: 1. Previous Project Exerience similar to this project's size and scope (At least 3 projects within the last 5 years). Provide location and the project (City, State), the project value, and a brief and concise description of the project scope. 2. Prime Vendor’s Project Superintendent Experience of Projects of Similar Size and Scope (At least 3 projects within the last 5 years). Bid Guarantee A bid guarantee is required for this project. Who May Respond Interest in this solicitation announcement is open to all Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) contractors relative to the primary NAICS code 238210 with a Small Business Standard of $15.0 million. The magnitude of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The successful offeror shall be registered via the System for Award Management internet site and must be certified at certify.sba.gov in order to be qualified for an award. Site Visit The site visit will take place on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Everyone will meet in the lobby of Building 1. Questions The deadline for questions is 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 5, 2016.
