The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and Size Standard are 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, and $27.5M, respectively. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about October 31, 2016, with an anticipated proposal due date of December 13, 2016. All responsible 8(a) sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NFS 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
