- Attachment (L-13) NAVAIR Land Based OIR Site 1&2 TO 2 12 Dec 16 N00019-16-R-0063 Amendment 0001 Attached is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation N00019-16-R-0063. Revised Performance Based Work Statements (PBWS) and Questions and Responses are marked with Distribution Statement D which limits distribution of the document to United States (US) Department of Defense (DOD) and US DOD Contractors. The revised PBWS documents and the Questions and Responses will be forwarded to vendors that requested and were cleared for the PBWS. The PBWS and Questions and Responses may NOT be distributed to foreign contractors/foreign nationals. As a result of this constraint, the revised PBWS and Questions and Responses will be made available to other DOD Contractors through the AMRDEC Website. In order to gain access to the revised PBWS documents and the Questions and Responses, please provide Cage Code and e-mail address to Ms. Jennifer Alvey of NAVAIR Contracts at jennifer.alvey@navy.mil and Mr. Greg Linsky of NAVAIR Contracts at greg.linsky@navy.mil. Once Ms. Alvey or Mr. Linsky verifies the Cage Code, an e-mail will be issued to you providing the AMRDEC link and a unique password to be used to download the PBWS documents and the Questions and Responses. Once the documents have been downloaded, the password will expire. REQUESTS FOR THE REVISED PBWS AND THE QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES BY TELEPHONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
