- Performance Work Statement Solicitation-Anti Icing Pump Solicitation: The issuance of this solicitation by the 11th Contracting Squadron is for the procurement of an "Blackmer GX 2" Anti-icing Replacement Pump on a "brand name or equal" basis. The place of performance will be the 89th Maintenance Squadron at Joint Base Andrews MD. Procurement Details: This requirement is a Woman-owned set-aside. The proposed item will be solicited on a firm-fixed price basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333911 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement will be conducted as a 100% small business set-aside and will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Information concerning SAM registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov or by calling the Federal Service Desk at 1-866-606-8220. Other Information: Questions about this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to archie.y.warren.civ@mail.mil.
