- Market Research Questionnaire Itemized Listing Sources Sought Notice Radiation Monitors THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 21st Contracting Squadron is searching for vendors that can fulfill a requirement for Radiation Monitors for the Air Force Technical Operations Center (AFTAC) Operating Location (OL) at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 334519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. Interested parties are requested to address the questions in Attachment 2 - Market Research Questionnaire. This Sources Sought Announcement is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. All information received in response to this announcement that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Responses will not be returned. Please send responses via email with a subject heading of "Radiation Monitors" to Anthony Mosca at anthony.mosca.1@us.af.mil and 21cons.lgcbb@us.af.mil. Responses must be received by 19 December 2016, 12:00 pm MST and please send any questions to the same emails. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
