- Q&A's SCBA Test Vacumm Assembly Cases per attached drawings and solicitaiton. 1 each - First Article Test 999 each - Option subject to conformance to First Article Test 52.209-4 -- First Article Approval -- Government Testing The Government will conduct the first article testing. After acceptance of the first article, the Government will not perform a test on the remainder cases as previously contained in the solicitation (on each 10th unit). As this is a firm fixed price order, the Awardee is solely responsible to deliver the remainder cases exactly as the one approved under CLIN 0001 - delivery one each 30 days after award. The Government plans to inform of results on or before 60 days after receipt of the first article item. 52.227-14, Rights in Data--General The Contractor shall furnish drawings of the approved cases upon request after notification of first article acceptance through the award under CLIN 0002. This solicitation is extended through 12/16/2016 - 1700 CST. The Q&A's attachment is hereby updated.
