- 1. Appendix A (Protocol Scientific Review).docx Contractor to provide Distance Counseling services that provides virtual/video solutions for non-medical behavioral health Community Counseling Program (CCP) counseling services for: Marines, attached Sailors, and their eligible family members. Contractor shall provide video conferencing distance counseling services. Distance counseling will ensure access to non-medical clinical providers for services related to the "Stress Continuum," including but not limited to stress and anger management, grief and loss, issues within the deployment cycle, suicide prevention, parent-child relationships, relationship issues, and teen counseling.
