- Attachment 3, Wage Determination MS160056 1/8/2016 Attachment 2, Project Location Map and Plans Attachment 1, Project Specifications Solicitation SF-1442, Solicitation, Offer and Award The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) is preparing to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Emergency Watershed Protection ("EWP") project in Marion County, Mississippi. This Emergency Watershed Program project consists of erosion control at Pine View Drive and West Avenue, Marion County, Columbia, Mississippi. The solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. Interested Contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award. A site showing to review the site will occur on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 -10:00 a.m. CST Site showing location: NRCS Field Office #4 Bellewood Park, Suite A Columbia, MS 39429 Phone: 601-731-5400 ext.3 A firm fixed price construction award is anticipated under simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 68 calendar days from the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the projects is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $36.5M.
