- Wage Determination Office layout Site Visit Attendees and Q&As Statement of Work RFQ PLEASE NOTE THE CORRECT SOLICITATION NUMBER IS: HSFE09-17-Q-0001. The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region IX Pacific Area Office (PAO) is issuing this RFQ in accordance with FAR reference FAR Parts 12, 13, and 19 (Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Small Business Programs) to obtain responses from members of the development community, local and state jurisdictions, and other interested parties, that are interested in providing Janitorial services(per the SOW) to the FEMA Pacific Area Office, located at 546 Bonney Loop, building 520, Fort Shafter, Hawaii 96858. FEMA has determined that this requirement can be set-aside for HUBZone small business competition per the FAR 19.1305 (b). In order to be considered for award you must be a HUBZone small business. The government estimate is in the price range of $110,000 - 149,000, Contractors will be asked to submit their best and final offer no later than 12:00 PM (Hawaii) on Friday, December 16, 2016. Instruction to Contractors for responding to this RFQ: 1. Include DUNS and SAM.gov registration information. 2. Include proof of HUBZone certification. 3. Follow the instructions in the RFQ for submission information of your quotes. 4. Submissions are due no later than 12:00 PM Hawaiian Time on to Andrea L. Brunsman, Contracting Officer at andrea.brunsman@fema.dhs.gov and Leslie Mariano at leslie.mariano@fema.dhs.gov. NAICS and PSC: The Classification code - S, Utilities and Housekeeping and the North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) for this requirement is 561720, Janitorial Services. This RFQ is requesting quotes from HUBZone small businesses that can provide the required services under the above NAICS Code. Site visit: The date for the site visit was held December 7, 2016. No additional site visits will be held. Questions and additional information are included as attachments with this RFQ.
