- NSN: 1660-01-595-4579, Solicitation SPE4A7-17-Q-0426, PR 0065938633. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for Mask, Oxygen for the requested quantity is 1,300 EA. The procurement item description cites: MASK, OXYGEN, P/N 358-1506V-4 AVOX SYSTEMS INC., CAGE - 53655. This procurement is Unrestricted using Other Than Full and Open Competition. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 300 days ARO. Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted. This is an Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI). Higher-level quality applies. This NSN is considered as a commercial of a type item in accordance with FAR Part 12 per 52.212-4 and FAR 2.101(1). A commercial solicitation and clauses will be incorporated into a commercial item purchase order using SF1449. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies.
