- NSN 1560-00-196-4193, PR 65208654, solicitation SPE4A7-17-R-0377, Item: door aircraft for helicopter. Item is In accordance with Basic Drawing NR 97499 205-031-423 REV NR AN DTD 05/25/1996 Part Piece Number 205-031-423-108 This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 13 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer and Air Force CSI Lists. This is a critical application item. Export Control requirement applies. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) requirement applies. Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The Delivery Objective is 30 days for the Contractor First Article Completed, 60 days ARO for Government Review and Notification to Contractor and 151 days delivery of Production Quantity. Totally delivery will be 241 days ARO. The Solicitation will be Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dlaprocurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA
