- Statement of Work Limited Source Document The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the formation of coalitions and/or teams of experts developed to support the DEA 360 Strategy by way of two components; a series of community summits, and community building through training and technical assistance into a program formed to create and maintain safe, healthy, and drug-free communities. The vendor shall provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance is December 2016-October 2017. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA). All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted to Morgan.R.Hairston@usdoj.gov no later than December 13, 2016 at 12:00pm EST.
