- SEG30017Q0003 for LES Tax Advisory services To: Prospective Quoters Subject: Solicitation Number SEG30017Q0003 for LES Tax Advisory services Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for LES Tax Advisory services. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. In order for your company to do business with the US Federal Government, you need to register it in https://www.sam.gov and provide us with the registration number (DUNS number). The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on December 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. (Cairo time) at the Embassy premises at 8, Kamal El-Din Salah Garden City, Cairo, Egypt. In order to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference, you are kindly requested to provide the name and Egyptian ID or Passport number of each of your representatives that will attend maximum by December 14, 2016. Please e-mail this information to CairoContracts@state.gov to prepare for your access to the Embassy premises. If you have any questions before the pre-proposal conference, please direct it to CairoContracts@state.gov maximum by December 14, 2016. If you have any questions after the pre-proposal conference, please direct it to CairoContracts@state.gov maximum by December 28, 2016. Your offer must be submitted by e-mail to CairoContracts@state.gov on or before January 09, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
