- Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcment constitutes the only soliciation; quotations are being requested and a sperte written request for quotation will not be issued. the combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract for a base year and 4 option years, unless extended or terminated. The soliciation number is AG-6395-S-17-0035 and is attached to this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541910 and a small business size standard of $15 million annual sales. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management ( www.SAM.gov ). SAM registration is free. All questions must be submitted in writing to BeverlyS.Brown@ams.usda.gov.
