- RFI - 2017-Q-66155 Questions & Answers RFI - 2017-Q-66155 - Amended 1 - Changes highlighted *RFI has been amended in part number, questions and answers added and due date extended to 12/22/2016. This is a request for information (RFI). It is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to: 1.Gather information on commercially available preventive maintenance options for currently stockpiled ventilators and aspirators. 2.Better understand preventive maintenance capability in the commercial market. 3.Determine immediate and future preventive maintenance availability (timeframes). 4.Use this information to make informed acquisition strategies that may be used to support future preparedness and response efforts. Information requested - Respondents are asked to provide the following information: To respond to this RFI, please respond in reference to one or more of the below items. A.Ventilator and Aspirator Types/Descriptions Currently Stockpiled: • Purton Bennett LP10 Ventilators - 2,000 ventilators • IMPACT 754 Ventilators - 2,486 ventilators • IMPACT Model Series 321GR Ultra-Lite Aspirators - 1,000 aspirators *this is an abbreviated description, full RFI is attached.
