- On or about 15DEC2016, the JBLM Health Contracting Cell intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source contract for fortified human breast milk to Prolacta Biosciences for use at Madigan Army Medical Center at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This acquisition is being conducted using FAR Par 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including Brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. The contract is for a base period and two 12-month option periods. Estimated total price is $1,085,726.88. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
