- Questionnaire PWS This is a Sources Sought and Request For Information notice only. This is not a Request For Proposal (RFP) and a formal solicitation is not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue an RFP, contract, or order. This Sources Sought is for informational planning purposes only. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government will not pay for any effort expended or any material provided in response to this announcement. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought are solely at the responding parties' expense. The Government will not be obligated to pursue any particular acquisition alternative because of this Sources Sought. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued. The Naval Shipyard located at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing Information Technology Services for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. The Period of Performance of this requirement includes a twelve (12) month base year period, commencing on or around 28 September 2017 through 27 September 2018, with three, one-year, option periods. The anticipated NAICS code and applicable size standard is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services, size standard $27.5M. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this requirement no later than 1:00PM (Hawaiian Standard Time), Friday,16 December 2016, to Mark Hampton at mark.hampton@navy.mil submitting the attached questionnaire. Font must be size 12 or larger. In the subject line of your e-mail submission state "Response to Sources Sought Notice on FBO N32253-17-R-0001"
