Pipe will be ultrasonically tested, alloy identity tested, and liquid penetrant tested. Full pipe specifications are available in the attached PDF N39040-17-R-0009. Atachment 1 and Exhibit A can be found at the end of the PDF. This requirement will not be a 100% small business set-aside.
