- Solicitation Amendment The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) requires support for the Spanish/English Federal Court Interpreter Certification Examination Program. Specifically, the Contractor shall administer previously developed, AOUSC-provided written screener examinations and oral Spanish/English certification examinations; modify as needed and/or periodically develop new written and oral Spanish/English certification examinations and/or testing materials as authorized by the AOUSC; conduct test validation, program administration and related activities to accomplish Spanish/English Interpreter Certification Examination Program requirements; and provide test administration information to potential candidates and the public. Solicitation questions by potential Offerors are due by 3:00 pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. The Government anticipates providing responses to solicitation questions by Thursday, December 15, 2016. Responses to questions will be provided to all potential Offerors via solicitation amendment. Proposal must be received by 12:00 pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, January 10, 2017.
