- Attachment 3 - Clauses/Provisions by Reference Doc Attachment 2 - Market Research Doc Attachment 1 - PWS Draft Sources Sought Doc Nevada Air National Guard Strong Bonds THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 152d Contracting Office is searching for vendors that can fulfill a requirement for two (2) Strong Bonds Events (occurring on a Friday through Sunday) by providing the following: 1) a non-condominium facility with 50 rooms (50 rooms x 2 nights), 2) two (2) general session/meeting rooms, one large enough to accommodate 60 people and one large enough to accommodate 30 people 3) six meals per guest (two (2) breakfast, two (2) lunch and two (2) dinner) and 4) location should be within 120 mile radius from the center of Reno, NV. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. A Government requirement for this service is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. Interested parties are requested to address the following questions in the attached Market Research Questionnaire. This Sources Sought Announcement is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. All information received in response to this announcement that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Responses will not be returned.
