- This notice is NOT a request for quote. The Virginia Army National Guard is conducting market research in order to identify potential sources within a 100 mile radius of Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA certified to perform annual pump tests and diagonistics and repair services on fire trucks. Company information, to include company name and address, point of contact name, email and phone number, business size (small business size standard is $7.5M) and capabilities statement should be provided via email to rebecca.l.fowler6.civ@mail.mil. As a minimum, the capabilities statement should address the name of manufacturer(s) for which the company is certified to perform services. In addition, it is requested a copy of the company's terms and conditions, including pricing structures and or published price list(s), utilized in the commercial sector be included.
