- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arkansas City: Fayetteville Delineated Area: North: Fulbright Expressway (from Gregg to College (Hwy 71B), Zion (from College (Hwy 71B) to Old Missouri Road South: East Township Street East: Old Missouri Road/Old Wire Road West: Gregg Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,686 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,686 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 0 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Additional Requirements: (1) EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address 2. Location of space offered. 3. Rentable and useable square footage offered. 4. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5. If you are not the owner you must submit evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Fayetteville, Arkansas, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
