Green 12.Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are described below. 13.Anticipated Award Date: 30 June 2017 14.Description: A five-year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is contemplated for the sustainment of the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) airframe and avionics systems for U.S. Air Force (USAF), Japanese Air Self Defense Force (JASDF), and Technical Coordination Group (TCG); which includes North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF), United Kingdom (UK) and French Republic (FR). Deliverables, costs, and period of performance will be defined for each task order. Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Fixed Priced Incentive Firm (FPIF), and Cost Reimbursement (CR) CLINs are anticipated for contract type. U.S. Air Force and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) The Contractor shall provide sustainment and engineering services, for the E-3 airframe through the Sustainment Engineering and Technical Support contract. The estimated ordering period is as follows: 10 Jul 2017 to 09 Jul 2022 IDIQ Contract: 5-Year Ordering Period; Procedures to be used in awarding the contract: Noncompetitive contract action. Tasks include inquiries relating to Diminished Manufacturing Sources Material Shortages (DMSMS) resolution, field level support, basic design information, proprietary data, flight test data, original qualification concepts, performance data, reliability data, operational effectiveness, operational and maintenance procedures, logistics support and any other potential problem area where Contractor engineering experience and/or information is required.
