- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Cell Phones and Internet Modem Sticks The Contractor shall provide smart phones and internet modem sticks in accordance with the product specifications below: Cell Phones The purchase will be for the smart phones with its own wall charging cable, 12 volt vehicle charger, computer synching cable, user manual, and cell phone services, the monthly recharge will have the Data on the internet restart over each month. Eight (8) Smart Phones (3G Network) with Domestic and International calling capability, Text message capability (sending/receiving), Storage capability a minimum of 8 Gb of storage (phone contacts, call logs, usage time, photos), Electronic mail (Email) capability (sending/receiving), WIFI capability/connectivity, Voice-mail, Minimum data plan 8GB per phone per month, 1500 talk and text units a month per phone, GPS capability; must display position, mark locations as waypoints, store, and export map tracks, and Camera 5 mega pixels minimum. Internet Modem Sticks The purchase will be for Internet Sticks Capable of providing internet service away from WIFI hotspots, with monthly recharge services on Internet Sticks. Data plans shall be 8 GB a month per Internet Modem Stick/Recharge. Each Internet Modem Stick shall be accompanied by a SIMS Card, number, and user manual. Each cell phone and internet modem stick shall be under warranty as stated by the contractor.
