- Description
- It is the Government's intent to award a sole source contract to Notrthup Grumann Systems Corporation. Northrup Grumman is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the MS-7 Throttle Valve. The OEM will provide technical expertise to inspect valve for broken/worn components, perform operational, and tightness testing per OEM drawing specifications, repair as required to meet the OEM drawing specifications, and certify one (1) each MS-7 Throttle Valve Assembly PN 1941E15-002. Northrup Grumman is the technical expert and the only authorized vendor to repair the one (1) each MS-7 Throttle Assembly Valve. Some drawings, procedures, repair parts and components required to properly repair these valves are proprietary to Northrup Grumman.
