- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-0339 for NSN 1560-01-541-2848 which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one -year option years. The item being procured is a FOAM SEGMENT, EXPLOS. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 55 each. The approved sources of supply, CAGE:23974 L-3 COMMUNICATIONS INTEGRATED P/N# 160D217008-255, CAGE: 54787 THERMAL STRUCTURES, INC. P/N# 160D217008-255 and CAGE: 0GZT5 SURVIVAL SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, P/N#160D217008-255. The required delivery schedule is 154 days. This is an Export Control Item. This is a Critical Item. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 22 December 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
