- SOLICITATION NO. GS-02-P-17-DT-C-0002 The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Service, Design and Construction Division is pleased to announce Request for Proposal (RFP) for the General Construction Services for the Facility-wide Modernization and Expansion of the U.S. Land Port of Entry at Alexandria Bay, NY. THIS SOLICITATION IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPEITION. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. Interested offerors please see attached solicitation file packages. A Small Business Networking and Industry Day is scheduled to be held at 10:00am on November 29, 2016 at the Thousand Island Bridge Authority Board Room, 43530 Interstate 81, Alexandria Bay, NY. Check-in begins at 9:30am. Please contact the Region 2 Office of Small Business Utilization via email at r2.sbuc@gsa.gov and Sebastian Asaro at sebastian.asaro@gsa.gov to register. Specific directions can be found in the attachments A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit is scheduled to be held at 12:30pm on November 29, 2016 at 46735 Interstate 81, Alexandria Bay, NY. Requests for Information (RFI) concerning the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents must be submitted by 2:00PM/EST on Friday, December 23, 2016. THIS DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM THE ORIGINAL DECEMBER 5TH DUE DATE. RFIs should be submitted in by e-mail to lisa.zalar@gsa.gov with a cc to sebastian.asaro@gsa.gov. Please note the solicitation number in the subject field of your email. Some of the soliciatation documents are Sensitive But Unclassified. To access these documents, your company must request access through the FBO.gov website.
