- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, Brand Name or Equal requirement for Four (4) ea. CHI 7401 Roll-Up Fire Doors or Equal. FOB Destination Tinker AFB OK (You must include any shipping in the unit price) If interested in submitting a quote, please fill out and return pages 2, 3, and fill out clause 52.225-18 Place of Manufacture on page 31. In addition to these pages, please be sure to include any and all documentation affirming conformance to the following prescribed specs: Must have a 10' x 10' Opening Must have a 4-Hour Fire Rating Must include a ½ Hp Electric Motor Must be a Face-of-Wall Mounting style Must have a Bottom Sensing Edge Must be white in color Must be constructed of at least 22 gauge metal Must include four (4) ea Wall Mounted Push-Button Operator Control (1 per door) Must include "E" Style Guides for Steel Mounting Must have Manual Back-Up (chain style) Door Lift RFQS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 20 DECEMBER 2016 AT 2:00 PM CENTRAL.
