- Solicitation AG-82A7-S-17-0019 - Optometry Services; Great Onyx Job Corps Center, Mammoth Cave, KY The Great Onyx Job Corps Center in Mammoth Cave, KY has a requirement for Optometry Services for one (1) base year and four (4) one year options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Wage Determination 2015-2224 (Rev. 4) applies to this acquisition, and is incorporated as Attachment 1. A single Firm-Fixed-Price award is anticipated as a result of this solicitation. The contractor shall be required to provide all services as detailed in the solicitation.
