- Continued support and maintenance for the Government Accountability Office’s (GAO) use of Interactive Data Analysis Extraction (IDEA) Software Continued support and maintenance for the Government Accountability Office's (GAO) use of Interactive Data Analysis Extraction (IDEA) Software. Scope The GAO requires support and maintenance for its installed base of IDEA data analysis software. Maintenance and Support includes: • Unlimited access to Audimation Services' help desk assistance in using the many features and functions of IDEA; • Unlimited access to the Support area of the CaseWare IDEA website (www.caseware-idea.com) which provides, frequently asked questions, White papers, User Guides, applicable downloads, and other timely materials (a user password is required); and • Version upgrades and service packs applicable to IDEA that should be issued during the term of this proposed contract.
