- Attachment 3 - Specifications Attachment 2 - Statement of Work Attachment 1 - Quote Sheet Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The 48th Dental Squadron located on RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom, requires the removal and disposal of their existing dental cabinetry (also referred to as 'casework' herein) in seven (7) rooms within their squadron. Upon removing the existing cabinetry, the contractor shall patch and paint the walls as necessary, in preparation for the installation of the new cabinetry. In addition, the contractor shall also be responsible for furnishing the drawings, product data, samples, materials, fabrication, lighting, plumbing, delivery/shipping, installation and testing of replacement cabinetry in accordance with Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW). This contract shall include a one (1) year warranty against defects in material or workmanship. During the warranty period, manufacturer shall repair or replace parts or products defective in material or workmanship. In addition, the contractor shall perform a site examination upon award to ensure building conditions are conducive for the installation of a finished goods product and that all critical dimensions and conditions have been field verified to assure a quality installation. All deliveries and installation shall be accomplished within a 5 day period and shall be completed by 1 June 2017. This shall be coordinated with the customer upon award. Inspection for acceptance shall be made by the requesting agency on behalf of the U.S. Government, FOB Destination. Shipping shall be direct freight. We will not accept quotes with shipment methods through consolidation point. Quote submission deadline: Tuesday, 10 Jan 2017, 9AM Eastern
