- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for Tillamook Tree Planting located within the Northwest District area of responsibility. The performance period is from the date of award through 12/31/2021, if options are exercised. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7.5M. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.212-2.
