- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), San Antonio, TX intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Olympus America Inc. 3500 Corporate Pkwy, Center Valley, PA 18034-8229 for providing lease of Urology Scopes for the Temple Texas Veterans Health Care System located at 1901 S. 1St Street, Bldg. 44, Temple Texas 76504-74519. The term of the contract is a base of one (1) year with two (2) options years. The effect award date is 1 January 2017. This requirement is for the leasing of Urology Scopes under a Federal Supply Schedule. V797P-2065D This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 339112 and has a size standard of 500 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
