- SOLICITATION QUESTION AND ANSWER: Vendor Question: I would like to engage for airport advisory services an expert who is a Chinese national and is not a U.S. citizen or resident. Is this proposed nationality status allowed for this requirement. USTDA Response: In accordance with the solicitation's Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment IV, "USTDA Nationality Requirements," "Contract and U.S. subcontractor employees used shall be either U.S. citizens or non-U.S. citizens lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States." Based on the information provided in the provided question, the proposed Chinese national who is neither a U.S. citizen nor a lawfully admitted U.S. resident does not meet the USTDA nationality requirements of this solicitation. -- End --
