- Site Map MD048 Solicitation W15QKN-17-Q-1002 for Refuse Services in Abingdon, MD The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) intends to procure refuse and recycling services to satisfy the overall operational objective of the 99th RSC. Services shall be performed at the Abingdon U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) located at 1309 Continental Drive, Abingdon, MD 21009 (MD048). The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide refuse collection and recycling services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-priced contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods from date of contract award.
