Description

SOLICITATION: VA786-17-R-0050 PROJECT LOCATION: Long Island National Cemetery PROJECT TITLE: Long Island National Cemetery Uniform Rental and Laundry Services The contractor shall provide (F.O.B. Destination within consignee's premises), all materials, supplies, transportation, equipment and labor necessary to provide Uniform Rental Services for Government wage employees located at Long Island National (LINC) Cemetery, 2040 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale New York, 11735. Term of Contract: Contract will be from Date of Award through September 30, 2017, with four (4) one year renewable options. The aforementioned is intended to briefly describe the services involved. All services described in the Work Statement, including specifications, schedules, addenda, clauses, terms and conditions of the solicitation shall form the complete scope of work. All-Inclusive Pricing: Unit costs indicated in the Price Schedule for uniforms are All-Inclusive for services offered. It is agreed and understood that the unit cost per uniform per week include all materials, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary for or incident to the provision of Uniform Rental Services as set forth herein. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 812320. Size standard is $5.5 Million. An electronic solicitation is available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on 12/06/2016 as a separate attachment. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 12/20/2016. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Failure to submit all documentation required as required, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive/technically unacceptable and your proposal will be removed from further consideration.
