- Justification and Approval Solicitation The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Fort Drum, NY intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source contract IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) to Alpha Medical Equipment of NY, Inc. for the service and maintenance of Canon Digital X-ray panels that are integrated with a Shimadzu imaging system located in the Guthrie Ambulatory Heath Clinic, Fort Drum, NY. Please reference the attached Justification and Approval. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses(s) may be made via email or on company letterhead: include company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number. CLIN 0001 (1) Canon DR System w/55C Detector, (2) Canon DR Systems w/401C, 55C and 60C Detectors CLIN 0002 Panel Replacement Coverage This notice is a requirement for the Guthrie Ambulatory Heath Clinic, Fort Drum, NY. This is not a request for proposal. Parties interested in future announcements on this procurement shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
