- Version 2 of PWS for Boiler in Bldg 5929 Attached is the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and supporting documentation to remove and replace Boiler in Bldg 5929. **Updated PWS has been attached. The RFQ date has changed from 9 December 2016 at 2:30PM CST to 16 December 2016 at 2:30PM CST. Any quote submitted after this date and time will not be accepted. Added: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][added_on]" value="2016-11-18 11:57:43">Nov 18, 2016 11:57 am Modified: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][modified_on]" value="2016-12-06 14:40:40">Dec 06, 2016 2:40 pm Track Changes Remove and dispose of old non-working boiler per PWS and replace with new gas-fired boiler in Bldg 5929, Tinker AFB. Work is to be completed IAW PWS. Site Visit is highly recommended. Award will be made upon funds availability. Location of the site visit meeting location has changed from Pass and ID to the Welcome Center. Parking in the Pass and ID parking lot is highly discouraged. All questions from the Q&A sheet will be answered AFTER the site visit and shared with all interested contractors for this procurement. IAW Federal Memo dated 25 October, 2016 "Court Order Enjoining Certain Sections, Provisions, and Clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-90, Implementing Executive Order (E.O.) 13673, Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces", paragraph(s) of included clause 52.212-3 is hereby stricken from this solicitation and all attachments herein.
