- Description
- The purpose of Amendment 0003 is as follows: (1) correct the administrative error that occurred on page 55 of Amendment 0002, (2) correct the administrative error that occurred on page 56 of Amendment 0002, (3) extend the proposal due date. 1. The Government wishes to correct the administrative error to the evaluation factors on page 55 of Amendment 0002. Amendment 0002 reads as follows: I. Technical Factor 1 - Capability and Technical Approach to Work II. Technical Factor 2 - Relevant Experience III. Technical Factor 3 - Key Personnel and Staffing IV. Past Performance - Evaluated As a Risk Assessment V. Price Amendment 0003 reads as follows: I. Technical Factor 1 - Capability and Technical Approach to Work II. Technical Factor 2 - Relevant Experience III. Technical Factor 3 - Key Personnel and Staffing IV. Past Performance - Evaluated As a Risk Assessment V. Price Note: Price will be evaluated based on offeror's overall proposed total for the 5 year period of performance. 2. The Government wishes to correct the administrative error to the evaluation criteria under the "Evaluation Approach" section of page 56 under of Amendment 0002. Amendment 0002 reads as follows: "This rating will be derived from the adjectival rating for Technical Approach, Management Approach, and Relevant Experience". Amendment 0003 has updated this sentence to read: "This rating will be derived from the adjectival rating for Technical Approach, Relevant Experience, and Key Personnel and Staffing". 3.
