Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Durham, VA has a need for Air Filter Maintenance Service for Air Handler Units. The contractor will supply and install primary air filters. This acquisition will be issued as a 100 % Service Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. This will be a Firm-Fixed type contract with a one (1) year base period of performance. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures on or about Dec 8, 2016 via FEDBIZOPPS at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the website for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. The expected performance period will be December 20, 2016 through December 19, 2017. The NACIS code is 811412. The size standard is $15 Million.
