- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Redacted J&A Terms and Conditions Statement of Work SonarWiz 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number N62306-17-Q-0002 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Change notice 20161104. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with a small business size standard of 38.5M. 3. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to solicit and award, on a competitive basis, a firm fixed price purchase order. This requirement is being 100% SET-ASIDE for SMALL BUSINESS. This procurement is for base year with four option period for 4 each Sonarwiz Office Software Maintenance Side Scan with Sub-bottom; 2 each Sonarwiz Office Software Maintenance Side Scan only; 1 each Sonarwiz Office Side Scan only with Bathymetry add-ons. The procedures at FAR 13.106-2 apply to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical acceptability considered. 5. Contractor shall provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS Number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractor must be registered in the SAM at www.sam.gov and Wide Area Work Flow at https://wawf.eb.mil to be considered for award. Quote shall include price(s), point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms. Response must clearly indicate the capability of offeror to meet all specifications and requirements. 6. Offers are to be received via electronic mail (email) no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time on 12 December 2016.
