- "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." Eielson AFB, Alaska has a Grease Traps Cleaning requirement. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to pump, clean, inspect, repair, and maintain grease traps in accordance with specifications at Eielson AFB. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Period of Performance will begin on or about 1 March 2017. This acquisition will be a base + 4 option years. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-Asides. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 562998, with a small business size standard of $7.5M. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site ( www.fedbizopps.gov ) on or about 20 December 2016. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All Offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
