- INFOR -JOFOC, Fleet Module The Federal Emergency Management Agency FEMA), Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) intends to award a purchase order to INFOR (US), Inc. a Fleet Management module to the existing INFOR Enterprise Asset Management System used by the Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center as part of its existing financial management software system. This module will assist FEMA in managing fleet operations at this facility as it pertains to vehicle maintenance (preventive and predictive) reporting standards, fuel management, tire management, vehicle warranties and other vehicle assets with its existing asset management systems currently in use for this facility. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing via the e-mail link addressed above within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement. Any response must show clear and convincing evidence the responder can meet the requirements listed herein and that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received would be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
