This announcement and the attached request for quotation (RFQ) M68909-17-Q-7605 constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-92, effective date 18 Nov 2016. This solicitation is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 612910, with a small business size standard of $15 Million. The Government has a requirement for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Services in support of the Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch. Quotes are being requested (see attached RFQ for additional detail, including terms and conditions). In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
