- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. St James and West Baton Rouge parishes are added to the disaster affected area. The following disaster affected parishes are added to this requirement: Assumption Parish, Cameron Parish, St. Charles Parish, and John the Baptist Parish. Business residing or primarily doing business in these additional disaster affected parishes may submit proposals in response to this requirement. Proposals are still due on Monday, 12 December, 2016.
